The site provides information about real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina and allows interested individuals to subscribe to receive updates. Investor onboarding and actual investments take place on operating platforms regulated by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV).
2. Capacity
To subscribe you must be 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity under the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in good faith, without performing actions that affect its operation, harm third-party rights or violate applicable Argentine law.
